This digital partner joined the SerTech Exchange Network in May 2018. Headquartered in Asia with a proven digital platform and highly successful business operating in Asia, they were looking to expand in Europe and the USA.
Working closely with the Digital Partner’s Founder & CEO and their senior leadership team, SerTech Exchange helped shape their go-to-market positioning for these two markets, helping identify key industry challenges that their solution is ideally positioned to address and also helping to prioritise the development of new features of their platform to create an even more compelling positioning.
Once that was complete, we then embarked on a program of senior executive introductions, initially to our retained clients and then to our wider professional networks in both Europe and the USA.
